BIG SHOP TABLES provides a Limited Warranty on all custom work tables, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty is valid from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered:

• Structural integrity of the table frame and legs

• Defects in wood, metal, or other materials used

• Issues with craftsmanship, such as welds, joints, or fastenings

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and stains

• Damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, modifications, or neglect

• Natural variations in wood grain, knots, or color

• Damage from exposure to excessive heat, moisture, or chemicals

Claim Process:
If you believe your product is covered under warranty, follow these steps:

1. Contact Us –  with your order details.

2. Provide Photos – Submit clear photos of the issue to help us assess the claim.

3. Resolution – Upon review, we may offer repair, replacement, or a partial refund, at our discretion.

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

• Repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.

• Liability is limited to the value of the product; incidental or consequential damages are not covered.
