Standard production time is typically 4-6 weeks, but this may be extended during peak periods. Customers will receive an estimated completion date at the time of purchase.

Shipping Methods & Costs: We offer standard freight shipping for all custom work tables. Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Customers will receive a shipping quote at checkout.

We partner with reputable freight carriers to ensure safe delivery. White-glove delivery and installation services may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Delivery & Inspection: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date. Upon delivery, customers must inspect the table for any shipping damage before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is detected, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. If the delivery is accepted without notation of damage, we may not be able to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Return & Refund Policy

Custom Orders: Due to the nature of custom-built work tables, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your custom work table arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with detailed photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Cancellations & Changes: Orders may be canceled or modified within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and cancellations or changes may not be possible.
